"The extremely strong smell of incense was overpowering as we walked into the front lobby and almost smothered us in the elevator. I wish I had read the other review posted for this hotel before I booked it. Other than the awful incense smell, the hotel was okay and the rooms were clean."

"My mattress was stained as if someone had given birth on it. 2 of the 7 light fixtures in the room worked. The place was NOT clean. The mattress and pillow were rock hard. The continental breakfast was a joke.
When I went to ask for a room change, I was given a hard time because the cleaning ladies had gone home for the day and would not be able to clean my room. He was hesitant to give me a new room, even though I told him that the bed was terribly uncomfortable. He finally switched my room and gave me a business room, which was more comfortable, but not much cleaner. I would NOT stay at this hotel again, for reasons listed above and a few other reasons."
