Many guests were pleased with the hotel's location. They described it as being close to public transit, a grocery store, the train station, highway access, the airport, JFK Library and The University of Massachusetts Boston. A few guests did mention they wished there were more restaurants in the area, however.
The hotel's staff were praised by numerous lodgers, who found them to be welcoming, professional and helpful with directions. One guest remarked, "The hotel staff went above and beyond with help in providing directions to our desired destinations to recommending when to arrive at certain attractions to engaging in real conversations".
