"This was our second stay at your hotel. We came back because our first stay was perfect. I can't say the same thing for this stay. The service in the polo lounge was bad and it was messy and dirty. hated it. We never had spare toilet paper, emory boards, and soaps were missing. Room service stunk. We ordered an expensive breakfast which they took forever and then we had to wait for part of it!!!!! The conciereges seemed too busy to bother with us. They made reservations but offered nothing else even a few kind words!!! And if we didn't have the Do Not Disturb sign on the door we were harrassed. Wrong charges were put on our bill. And we are still hoping they won't appear. If I hadn't been so tired I would have demanded a discount on our bill."
