"I was "upgraded" out of a junior 700sqft suite to a smaller room on the hotel's "club" floor. I didn't use the club so the upgrade didn't accomplish much. The bathrooms on the club floor are small for a hotel in this class."

"Breakfast service at Victor's restaurant was deplorable. Long line of customers waiting to be seated in spite of lots of empty and prepared tables and plenty of staff. Cappuccino took 15 min. to come and my British friend never got the milk for his tea. Eggs arrived after 10 min., but the toast came 5 min. later. Friendliness was average at most. Quality control was failing at this restaurant. Check-in was friendly and helpful, the room was good and the Club lounge very nice."
