"I was upset that there was much construction going on inside the hotel durring my stay. At one point we went to our room in the afternoon to take a nap and we couldn't talk over the noise. The first room they placed us in smelled of mildew and had a soggy floor. They promptly moved us to another room. Customer service was good, and the fact that you could walk out the back door right onto Bourban street couldn't have been nicer. Very close to river walk and the whole french quarter experience."
