"The room I was in made me feel lie I was in a railroad car, dark , gloomy. Every time the toilet above me was flushed or the water was turned on I thought it was coming through the ceiling. The Happy Hour was extremely poor. Beer was warm and sparsely distributed, the food was pitiful as well. I would NOT stay there again."

"I enjoyed complimentary breakfast and evening drinking. Very close to the Morial Convention Center, and 10 minutes walk distance to Hilton Riverside and Windham Riverfornt hotel. Kind and nice people."

"We had to check into four rooms before they assigned us the correct type of room that we reserved months in advance. The first night they didn't have enough bed sheets. The first time our room got clean was after four days. That was after calling many times. The next room cleaning was not done either. It was very bad in the sense we had no toilet tissue. We had to call front desk to get it. No kitchen utensil; dish washer did not worked, telephone didn't work. The front desk didn't know how to check us in or slpit the bill between the room occupants when we checked out. We still enjoyed the stay inspite of all that. I have stayed in the same hotel before for a week. It was excellent. I always stay in Residence Inns. Their service usually is excellent, the stay is very enjoyale."
