"The staff was excellent and helped in many ways. We had a non-smoking room but came in one evening and smelled smoke. We called the front desk, and a nice young man came, smelled the same thing we did and took care of the problem for us. The front desk made several excellent suggestions for us...thank you."

"The hotel room itself appeared to have been updated some but the hotel had a damp and stale smell throughout. Bathroom was very tiny hardley had room to turn around. The smoke detector system very sensitive,the use of flat iron set off alarm. Hotel lobby very small."
