The GoodMost guests thought that this hotel was a good value for the price point. Many guests were happy with this hotel's location and its position in relation to the University of Louisiana and local dining options.
Many guests commented on how, no matter where they were placed, their rooms were quiet and they were mostly undisturbed. Some guests enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub area as well as the fitness center.

The Bad
Some guests found public areas such as the lobby, elevator and fitness center weren't as well maintained as they could have been.
A few guests reported having issues with being able to connect to the Internet, or to stay connected.
Some guests had various issues with the bathrooms. Some complained about the cleanliness of the bathrooms while others cited issues with plumbing from showers that didn't disperse hot water in a timely fashion and toilets that needed extra manipulation to flush properly.
Of the guests who ate at the on-site restaurant, a few guests felt that the price of the food offered didn't match the quality.
