"THERE WAS ONLY ONE PERSON WORKING AT THE TIME WE CHECKED IN ON A FRIDAY EVENING. WE HAD TO WAIT LONGER THAN I ANTICIPATED BECAUSE I HAD ANOTHER APPOINTMENT.
NO VENDING MACHINES OR PLACE IN THE HOTEL TO BUILD OVERCOUNTER DRUGS LIKE ASPIRIN, SINUS MEDICATION, INDIGESTION OR MEDS FOR KIDS, ETC."

"I don't like staying at a nice hotel and being hit with .50 local fees to get on the internet. That should be absorbed somewhere in the cost. You have coffee and water service 24 hours a day yet, you get hit for every single phone call or internet hookup. Thanks for listening."
