"This hotel is close to Southern University so that was a huge positive. However, they did not have internet access in their rooms which is a huge disadvantage for business travelers. The hotel staff is very friendly, but the hotel should focus more on accurate billing and filing. This is the second time that I have visited the hotel and each time my confirmation was in the computer, but my supporting documentation had to be found."
