"I was placed in a room at the very front corner of the hotel. Since the hotel is located at a busy intersection, ver close to the interstate, the traffic noise was loud. ALL NIGHT LONG! Any reasonable counter person would not use this room unless it was the last room available for the night. I was not amused. I was not aware that Bardstown Road, and this intersection, was heavily used all night long. The person who works at the hotel should know this and avoid using this room for anyone who actually needs sleep!! I will be very suspect of booking any rooms at a Quality Inn again. The quality of the personell leaves a lot to be desired."

"Bed sheets were black stained and there was cockroaches in the bathroom. Pool was advertised as heated, but was not."
