NEVER STAY THERE, RUN FOR YOUR LIFE

The customer service was worse than horrible. The carpets throughout the hotel were stained and dirty and smelled like smoke. We used the stairs to and from the 2nd store, because the elevator shook so bad, we were scared it was break on us while in use. The air condition in our room was less than satisfactory. After the 3rd day, we informed the front deck the a/c was not working correctly and was hot. NO ONE WORKED ON THE A/C AND THE LAST NIGHT WE STAYED, WAS HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. We all sweated so much and even tried to cool off by opening the window to allow air come in. The day of check out, the manager said we should have come told him. I told that man we did, 3 days ago, plus the a/c went out in the middle of the night, which my family had a 14 hour drive the following day. CHANGING ROOMS IN THE MIDDLE OF OUR LAST NIGHT WAS STUPID. YOU CAN NOT PAY ME TO STAY THERE AGAIN, EVER.... OUR BILL SHOULD HAVE BEEN CREDITED FOR THE LAST 3 DAYS, IF NOT THE LAST DAY. DONT EVER STAY THERE, PLEASE, NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER.... I WOULD HAVE FELT BETTER SLEEPING IN OUR TRUCK AT NIGHT...

"
1. a/c broke 2. blood on sheets/ had to change myself 3. no extra pillows, blankets, etc. 4. food on floor 5. mold in bathroom 6. evelvator broke w/ someone in it! 7. No outlets for electronics, or even microwave and lights in room.

It was a great location for us - near grandchildren. It was affordable and convenient to what we needed. The breakfast was very basic - but we used the room to play cards in in the evening hours. Worked good for that!!

Finally--a hotel where a large family (three adults, three children--ended up being four when we brought a niece along!) can afford to have TWO rooms for the night--for only a little more than the price of one room in many other hotels. The rooms were connected with a door between. Not only were there enough beds for everyone, but in the rush of preparing for a wedding one evening and a church service the next day, we had access to two bathrooms for the seven of us. It was great, and the staff was friendly and kind as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
