The hotel's value was praised by numerous guests, who described the rates as great, affordable, cheap, low and decent.
Many reviewers were pleased with the hotel's location. They found it to be close to restaurants, shopping, Fayette Mall, the College of Dentistry, Starbucks and the University of Kentucky.
Several lodgers enjoyed the hotel's accommodations. They described their rooms as clean, well sized and well equipped, with fast Wi-Fi and comfortable beds. It should be noted, however, that some guests had complaints about their rooms (see below).
