The staff were frequently complimented for their friendly and helpful service. One guest explained, "I had a last minute project for a family event. When the business center printer wouldn't work the young man at the front desk jumped in and helped print it out on his printer, move a margin or two, and provide a tool to cut it evenly. Amazing support!"
