"Room 140 needs to have all of it's security areas replaced. I had a damaged front door, lock, sliding door, and the security bar was damaged and too short."

"Your indoor swimming pool turned my clothes green and ruined my wife's highlighted hair. Everything turned green. The rooms that were blocked for me had need of their security items either repaired or replaced. If I had been a woman alone,I wouldn't have felt as safe as I should have."
