The hotel's location was praised by numerous guests. They described it as safe, and close to shopping, restaurants, attractions, the Indianapolis Zoo, Monument Circle and the Eiteljorg Museum.
Many reviewers were pleased with their accommodations at the hotel. They found their rooms to be clean, quiet, spacious and modern, with good Wi-Fi, great city views and comfortable beds and linens. A few guests had complaints about their rooms, however (see below).
Several travellers complimented the hotel's staff, characterizing them as friendly, helpful and accommodating. One lodger noted, "Incredibly helpful staff - I forgot my phone charger in my room after checkout and the girl I spoke to personally ran up to get it for me so I could pick it up before my flight".
