Many guests praised the hotel's value. They described the rates as reasonable, excellent and affordable, and also cited the free airport shuttle as adding to the hotel's worth. One patron remarked, "The value for a room with the ability to cook meals in [it] was priceless!".
The hotel's staff were the source of numerous compliments by reviewers. They were characterized as friendly, helpful and professional. One guest noted, "The staff here are super friendly and helpful and more like friends than staff. Always greeting by name and always aware of those special needs you might have".
Several lodgers were pleased with their accommodations at the hotel. They found their rooms to be clean, spacious, well equipped and quiet, with comfortable beds. Some travellers were disappointed with their lodgings, however (see below).
The hotel's location was enjoyed by several guests.
