The Good Many guests were pleased with this property's location just off the interstate, making driving into the heart of Indianapolis or heading to the airport quick and convenient. Guests were also pleased with the number of restaurants in the area that were within easy walking or driving distance.
Most guests commented that the common areas of the hotel were well maintained and clean.
Many guests found the staff friendly and accommodating. One guest commented on how they needed help working the ice machine and a clerk came all the way to their room to show them.
Overall, guests found this hotel's value good for the price point.
The Bad
Some guests had issues with housekeeping. A few said that their rooms weren't cleaned regularly and their towels weren't replaced. A couple of guests also had negative comments about the carpet in their rooms, saying it wasn't cleaned to their satisfaction.
Some guests had issues with cigarette smoke, although this hotel has a smoke-free policy. One guests complained of an excess of smoking guests right out front that they had to pass by on check-in. Other guests have complained of a stale or smoke-like smell in their rooms when the air wasn't working.
Other guests had issues with the in-room heat and air conditioners giving off an odd smell.
A few guests had issues with noise during their stay. One guest said they could hear the elevator outside their room, and another complained about being able to hear another guest's anxious dog across the hall.
