"Everything was fine with two exceptions. 1) the mattress that my wife an I slept on was warn out or never worth anything. It was so saggy that everything sank to the center. This made for a very uncomfortable night's sleep. 2) the desk attendant, in the morning when my wife and one of our children went to the continental breakfast, acted as if dealing with a guest was a major imposition on her time. A good value but those two problems left us ambivalent."
