"The staff at the Ramada Inn Des Moines needs a definite change. When asked for extra towels to swim with, they were quite rude in saying they didn't have any clean. I mean, come on .. NO towels whatsoever on a WEEKEND?! Also, we found 2 ants in our room which had to mean that it hadn't been cleaned thoroughly either. I will, however, give them credit; they had a very nice pool and hot tub .. when they were working! Definitely some of the hardest beds I've ever slept in, so that could surely be improved. All in all, it was not a fun stay. I expect more from Ramada Inn's."
