The Good Among the reviews used for this analysis, many guests found the hotel located close to everything in Waikiki. Reviewers said that they were able to walk to the beach, the International Marketplace, restaurants and shopping.
Many guests found the rooms clean, while a few reviewers added that their rooms were generally comfortable and spacious. A couple of guests praised the views of the ocean from their rooms. However, a couple of reviewers did complain about their rooms (see below for more details).
The staff were frequently complimented for their friendly and helpful service, and one guest said "whenever we needed an extra towel or even shaving cream (that we forgot to bring along) they were more then willing to accommodate us."
Several reviewers thought that the room rates were reasonable and that the hotel offered good value for the money they spent.

Many guests complained about noise disturbances in their rooms from traffic and loud music from neighbouring nightclubs. A couple of reviewers mentioned that this area of Waikiki had an active nightlife.
