The GoodThe majority of the reviews sourced for this analysis were positive, with much praise going to the hotel's staff, rooms, breakfast and location.
Many lodgers were pleased with the level of customer service they received during their stay. They characterized the staff as friendly, efficient and professional.
The hotel's accommodations were enjoyed by numerous reviewers. They described their lodgings as clean, spacious, quiet, updated and well equipped, with efficient air conditioning and comfortable beds. A few travellers were disappointed with aspects of their accommodations, however (see below).
Several guests praised the hotel's free breakfast. They found it to be fresh, delicious and frequently replenished, with plenty of hot and cold choices. The breakfast room was described as crowded on the hotel's busier days, however.

Some guests complained of noise disturbances during their stay. They reported noise from guests in adjacent rooms, the hallway and overhead, as well as noisy in-room air conditioning.
Although several lodgers were pleased with the hotel's proximity to the highway and restaurants, a few reviewers complained about its location. They found it too far from Savannah's downtown and historical area and recommended the hotel only for those with a vehicle.
