The GoodMost guests were happy with the staff, reporting that they were friendly, helpful and courteous.
Many guests said that their rooms were, regardless of location, pleasantly quiet. Reviewers did not really hear much from outside their rooms or outside the hotel.
Many reviewers were pleased with the Drury Inns' offerings, both for breakfast and the 5:30 reception. Guests all enjoyed how close the hotel was to other dining establishments.
In addition to places to eat, guests also enjoyed the hotel's proximity to points of interest in the Norcross area.
Most guests who left reviews felt this hotel was an excellent value for the price point.
The Bad
A few quests reported that though they asked for non-smoking rooms, their accommodations still smelled of cigarette smoke.
A common observation was that the hotel was a bit older and in need of an update. Guests mentioned room layouts that were indicative of another time. Common areas showed signs of wear.
Guests also mentioned that they had issue with the plumbing in their guest rooms, from malfunctioning showers to slow draining tubs and sinks. Some guests also said that their rooms were less than clean, mentioning the occasional unchanged sheet or odd stain.
A few guests mentioned issue with the hot tub and pool, saying that at varying times, one or the other was not well cleaned. One guest also mentioned that when they used the pool, there was too much chlorine in it.
