"Hotel should have made a rate adjustment - Pool was green & shut down for the entire week. Didn't need the roses or champagne as noted in the confirmation, but they weren't in the room. Check ahead to make sure everything is operating & available. Note: No accessible entrance ramps that I could identify. There is an elevator, but there are multiple steps throughout the hallways. Front desk folks are friendly, courteous, and helpful. Surprise welcome msg from gen mgr is nice touch!"
