"the lady who worked the front counter, Francis, ended up working practically the whole time I was there. Even though she had been disregarded by fellow employees, who called in, and management, who should have covered the empty shift, she keeped a friendly attitude. Thanks to her our stay was fantastic. She had not even been working with the hotel for very long. Also they was a pizza box left in the drawer of our room, and a pepsi bottle on the floor in the corner. Thanx Francis for making our stay bearable"
