"This Hotel is great!!!!!!! The only problem I had was the heat was not working, but as soon as I let front desk knew they move me to another room. Then gave me a little something for the inconvenience. Shopping areas next door and cross the street. Malls was not that far, nor the clubs. Breakfast was great, cook to order. Service was great, this was not my first time their and would not be the last......"

"Everyone was so friendly. The breakfast and cocktail hour were wonderful. The grounds were so beautifully maintained. The shuttle service was excellent and the drivers were very nice. We enjoyed ourselves very much."

"Yes...The staff were very helpful and would particularly like to mention Kenneth the shuttle driver - who was very friendly and amenable. However, on the Saturday afternoon there was only one shuttle operation and as most folk needed the shuttle to get to the Perimiter Mall this was totally inadequate. I rang up at 1:55 pm for a shuttle from the mall and was told 10 minutes. At 2:45 pm I had to ring back and ask where it was - and was informed that it would be 5 minutes as the driver (not Kenneth) had 10 trips to do in the mean time. Now, maybe I have lived in Munich, Germany for too long but punctuality is something I have become used to - I would have preferred for the hotel reception to give me an accurate and realistic view of the situation rather than have me stand out in 95 degrees F and 85% hunmidity for nearly 1 hour ! I wouldn't mind ringing a cab in exceptional circumstances. The management should review the shuttle service in a city where public transportation is totally inadequate ( not Embassy suites's fault) especially on a big shopping day such as Saturday.
