The hotel's location was praised by numerous reviewers. They found it close to public transit, shopping, restaurants, downtown, highway access, Lennox Mall and Phipps Plaza.
Several patrons enjoyed the hotel's accommodations. They described their rooms as clean, quiet, spacious and well appointed, with comfortable beds and linens and large bathrooms. However, there were also a few complaints about the rooms (see below for more details).
