"
Our second day they did not clean our room. Had to go to front desk to get clean towels and carry the trash out myself. I told the front desk that night and they said they would tell the morning person. I told the morning person and she said I'm sorry but we can't do anything about it. Another employee at the front desk said that has been happening with other guests. I was not happy but I had to go to catch a plane. I would not ever stay there again unless they compensate me for a dirty room.
