"the property is quite difficult to get to - there is only one entrance/exit and it isn't conducive to getting in and out of without the use of u-turns. there also needs to be some standardization in the smoking/non-smoking rooms - i requested a non, but it was obvious that the room was smoked in recently - as evinced by the stale smell and the open windows."
