The hotel's staff were the source of many compliments by guests, who characterized them as helpful, friendly, professional and efficient. One patron remarked, "From the front desk staff, kitchen staff, housekeeping staff, maintenance engineering staff.... [everyone] has always been very kind, respectable and have gone out of their way to make each and every one of my many stays enjoyable!".
