"
I was not pleased with the attendant who seemed to not be very familiar with all the procedures. One of my requests is that I use a different card to pay for the hotel room than I used to book it. The attendant stated I could not do so. I found this to be odd due to me doing it several times in the past. the attendant also advised because I booked the room online, I was not eligible for military discount. The room did not have a refrigerator.
