"There was not housekeeping services the first three days, only after complaining. We were told that we had to indicate that upon arrival, but nobody told us at the front desk when cheking in. If that is actually a hotel policy, it looks very odd compared to what average hotels include in their service. I travel extensively in the US and oversees and have seen that only poor-managed and cheap hotels would let housekeeping problems affect their customers and the hotel reputation. I was exited about the hotel when first reserved thank to recommendations from a friend. However, with the poor service we got I would consider not to recommend it. The location and ammenities are excelent though, and I think if these kind of problems are avoided you could really get a good position in the market. Thanks for sending this survey. That tells me that you, after all, cares about costummers. I hope you give me good reasons to trust in your hotel again. Best regards Fabio Castano 212 - 274 7239, New York."
