This property is close to many attractions in the central Florida area. Sea World and Universal Orlando are both within a 10-minute drive of the hotel, while Epcot Center is a 20-minute drive away. Downtown Orlando is also a 20-minute drive away, and shopping at Florida Mall is a 15-minute drive away, while Orlando Premium Outlets is a 10-minute drive away. The Orange County Convention Center is a 3-minute drive away.

The GoodMost guests found the staff helpful, with a few exceptions.
Most guests found their rooms to be quite quiet, not letting in noise from the road outside or other guests within the hotel.
Most guests found this hotel's proximity to the various theme parks very convenient and appreciated not having to deal with a long trip back after a day of excitement. They also appreciated that there were a number of restaurants in the area.
Despite some of the issues mentioned below, most guests seemed to feel that this hotel provided a good value for the price point.
The Bad
Some reviewers felt the upkeep in their rooms left much to be desired, complaining of unsanitary conditions.
Some guests found the renovations caused many issues. Some felt their rooms were neglected, which lead to the unsanitary conditions mentioned above. Others guests said their reservations were changed due to their original rooms not being ready because of the renovation. One reviewer claimed they could not use the front door because of it.
A few guests were displeased that the pictures they saw of the hotel online did not match what they were given. Some of the rooms they wound up with were as described above and not in top condition.
