Each of this smoke-free hotel's one-, two- and three-bedroom villas offers a balcony, free Wi-Fi, cable TV, a full kitchen, a coffeemaker, a jetted tub, a washer and dryer, a dining area, a sitting area, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer and an in-room safe. The hotel is wheelchair accessible and pets are not permitted.
Hotel amenities include a 75,000 square-foot outdoor pool with waterslides, two hot tubs, a fitness centre, a games room, fishing, meeting space, a business centre, a gift shop, guest laundry, free parking and on-site dining at Water's Edge Bar, which serves breakfast and dinner daily. The Good The majority of the reviews sourced for this analysis were positive, with much praise going to the hotel's location, rooms and staff.
Many guests praised the hotel's location. They found it close to Disney Parks, highway access, restaurants, shopping, SeaWorld, Universal Studios Orlando and a supermarket.
Numerous reviewers enjoyed their accommodations at the hotel and described their rooms as spacious, well equipped, quiet and clean, with comfortable beds and great lake views. One patron remarked, "The view from our hotel room over the lake was beautiful, sunrise, sunset, and even lightening storms were sensational from our balcony". A few travellers had complaints about their rooms, however (see below).
The hotel's staff were the source of several compliments by travellers, who characterized them as friendly, helpful and accommodating. One guest remarked, "Also the staff of the hotel from the manager, front desk, dinning room, bell men, valets and house keeping went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and my every need met while staying at their property".
