Good accommodations, not so good extras.
"While one can't complain about a free breakfast, a couple of comments are worth making. No salt was used on anything - why not ask people if they want it? French toast was way too thin and therefore dried out (thought it was regular toast). Think hash browns go over better than potatoes offered. If a free breakfast is offered, believe it should be of good quality or not at all. Tables weren't cleared fast enough - many folks had to stand around until they were cleaned up. Our second day, we passed on the free breakfast and went to I-HOP. Would be better if free wi-fi were available in rooms (cost could be offset if free drinks were eliminated or some/all parts of the breakfast). Otherwise, the stay was excellent. Response to requests were quick, beds were actually comfortable. Location is great! Easy access to freeway, close enough to airport and the theme parks. Have stayed here before and would definitely come back. I just keep wishing for the wi-fi in rooms."

"This room was old looking and dark, It could use an update. The stairwells had rust stains and large concreat cracks - looked scary. My room had a musty smell."

"I just had one problem on the day we were leaving. The door of the bathroom got jammed and could not be opened. However, I was not inside luckily but the night porter did come and fix it."

"The breakfast made to order chef is wonderful! The only problem I experienced was at the Starbuck's Coffee Bar. My coffee lid was not closed properly and so my coffee spilled on my hand...very hot! Anyway, there was a male employee who saw what happened but did nothing to help. He didn't clean up the spill, nor did he check to see if I was okay. He was only interested in getting the silverware for the room service order that was being picked up at the bar by two young women. This employee was like a runner. I saw him throughout the lobby area. He is a young latino. This incident happened on Saturday night at around 6:30pm."

"these suites are small, and sleeping for 6-8 meant 2 beds in the suite, 1 King size, and 1 queen sleeper sofa. Staff did bring in 2 roll away beds and try to make the stay as cofortable as possible."
