"Our stay at this hotel was terrible. I've stayed at many Doubletree hotels in other states. This hotel is by far equivalent to Doubletree quality hotels. I chose this hotel because of the name and reputation Doubletree has. We did not get the warm cookie at check-in. The elavator, lobbies to the rooms and the room floors were very dingy and dirty. The bathroom sink and tub and both beds had hair in it from the previous guest. To top this off, as I laid in the bed from a tiring 3 1/2 hours drive from Miami, a SPIDER crawled on my arm. The hotel did put us in another room which was just a uncleaned as the first but no spiders. The next morning we went to breakfast at the restrauant. Hair was in my son's eggs he got from the buffet. We checked out and stayed at the Lake Buena Vista Suites for the SAME price as this hotel. The Lake Buena Vista Suites is a high quality hotel. Our stay there was wonderful."

"Parking was bad. Part of the parking was under construction and was not nearly enough parking. Drove around for 15 minutes at 10:30pm until finally went in and was told more parking was in back. Very dark and scary for 2 women and a baby to be back there. Was not marked and very hard to find in the dark. Other than the parking the hotel was wonderful and would recommend it to others!!! Thank you"

"On Sunday, Nov 2 we were gone from 9am till 4pm and our room was not made up. I know it was very busy,but still it should have been done up by then, after all we were still staying and many were gone. Also we had to call for towels and facecloths 3 out of the 5 nights we stayed. Other wise, it was a great place to stay"
