"Bell staff stated cabs get lost finding the condo rooms, therefore I walked the half mile to the hospitality center for 2 days until my cab drivers assured me it was "no problem" and as it turned out it wasn't a problem. Internet connection was awful. No wireless either. I went to the front desk for chagne. Only a security guard was evident. When he finished his PC work he offered to get someone for me. I could hear him arguing with a supervisor who didn't believe there wassn't a clerk at the desk. Supervisor comes out, then offers to get someone to help me. Why isn't the desk manned 24/7? If you can't believe your security staff, who can you trust?"

"We were surprised at the inconsistency of the service. Some folks were just as you'd expect at a Disney property - superb. While other staff were strangely indifferent and provided service that you'd expect at a Wal-Mart."
Karen from Eden Prairie, MN US rated Disney's Old Key West Resort 6 out of 10 on March 31, 2006
"Pulling into the complex, we expected that our room would also reflect the charm and beauty of the surroundings. We were disappointed with the room. Needs updating-old countertops and cabinets in the kitchenette and bathroom area. Also the room (1110)contained an older microwave and small television set. The air conditioning unit ran like a small jet aircraft engine which frequently interrupt sleep for our family as it would go on and off. We were so dissatisfied with the room that we moved our accomadations to the Contemporary the next day for the remainder of the trip."
Robert from South Lyon, MI US rated Disney's Old Key West Resort 4 out of 10 on February 25, 2006
"We informed the person who checked us in that we were on our 40th wedding anniversary. Then we went to our room and it had two beds after we specified that we needed a king bed and it was a handicap room. We were disappointed because we tried to make this a happy occasion but we had to leave early. It was wrong to charge 244.00 for such a poor room with no view and the beds were so hard that we couldn't sleep. CLYDE GAULT"

"When I arrived at the hotel, I had already paid for one night stay , my parents were coming down the next night and they were going to take care of the rest of the charges. I was called numerous times and Informed that it wasnt acceptable to do that. I spoke to different people and it seemed that the right hand didnt know what the left hand was doing. it was eventually taken care of."
