Numerous guests were pleased with the customer service they received while at the hotel, characterizing the staff as friendly, helpful, professional and accommodating.
Many lodgers enjoyed their accommodations at the hotel. They described their rooms as clean, spacious, well equipped and quiet, with comfortable beds, nice lake and beach views and cheerful decor. A few guests had complaints about their rooms, however (see below).
The hotel's location was complimented by several reviewers. They found it close to restaurants, shopping, Epcot Center, Typhoon Lagoon Water Park, Downtown Disney and highway access.
The Bad
While the majority of reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, there were a few common complaints about the hotel layout, the rooms and the food court.
Some reviewers were disappointed with the layout of the hotel. They reported long walks from the parking lot to the rooms, as well as long walks to the food court. Internal shuttles are available for those without a vehicle, however, some people reported long waits. It was recommended that guests ask for a preferred room near the food court when booking.
While many guests enjoyed their spacious and comfortable rooms, a few lodgers had complaints about their accommodations. They reported dated decor, musty smells and some cleaning issues.
The hotel's food court was a source of complaint for a few patrons. They described the food as average and the service as slow.
