"Checking in wasn't pleasant with the night crew. I had called in advance to confirm what type of room I was getting because I booked on-line and was told exactly what I saw. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was told that I was confirmed for a double bed. Eventually I got the room that I was informed of getting, however I was told that it really wasn't what I deserved. The very next morning, the bathtub wouldn't drain and the toilet clogged. The cleaning woman saw us coming and decides to leave her cart in the middle of the hallway."
