The hotel's location was praised by numerous reviewers, who found it close to restaurants, Disney attractions, shopping, the airport, highway access, bars and Universal Studios. One guest noted, "The location is an easy drive to the attractions as well as to many, many restaurant choices".
Many lodgers were pleased with the hotel's accommodations. They described their rooms as clean, beautiful, spacious, well equipped and bright, with comfortable beds and linens. It should be noted, however, that a few reviewers had complaints about their rooms (see below).
