"The staff was very rude if you had a question. The room keys had to be reset several times which is frustrating at 10pm and no one is around. We were suppose to have conjoinging rooms and didn't. The place was very dirty. The rooms had not been cleaned very well. House keeping didn't get to the rooms till late in the afternoon. Go to the one down the street. Much better."

"We arrived late in the evening, and trying to find the address was a guessing game. The hallways were not well lit, and very dirty...a powerwasher was in order. The elevator also dirty. The room...wall paper torn, and seem that a party had taken place recently. Carpet didnt seem as though it had seen a vaccum in a while. The bathroom walls were molding, and needed a good wipe down...chocolate drips down the wall. Towels were old, and shampoo...just a packet. The breakfast offered...coffee and stale danish. We just passed. Mcdonalds never seemed so good. Overall pictures in brochure...much nicer than the real thing. We checked out early. Decided the night before that we would not stay."
