Numerous reviewers praised the hotel's location. They found it close to Disney World, SeaWorld, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, shopping, a grocery store and highway access.
The hotel's accommodations were a source of compliments by guests. They described their rooms as clean, tastefully decorated, spacious, modern, well equipped and quiet, with comfortable beds. A few patrons had complaints about their lodgings, however (see below).
Several patrons were pleased with the level of customer service they received during their stay. They characterized the staff as professional, friendly and informative. Some guests reported a long check-in process, however.
The Bad
While the majority of reviews consulted for this analysis were positive, there were a few complaints about timeshare pitches and the rooms.
A few guests complained about the timeshare pitches within the hotel. They described being offered discounts on theme park admissions if they agreed to a 90-minute timeshare presentation, however, the presentations were reported to be closer to 2.5 hours, which some lodgers felt ruined their plans for the day. It was also reported by a few guests that they received many phone calls about timeshares during their stay.
Although the majority of reviewers were pleased with their clean and well-equipped suites, a few lodgers criticized their accommodations. They reported worn fixtures, dated decor, some cleaning issues and old TVs.
