"When I drove up to check in - the valet parker had his small children there with him and he was hitting the smaller one and yelling at him. It's possible the valet parking is an independent company from the hotel, however, both on check in and check out,the parking was extremely slow, and the incident with the man hitting his child made me very uncomfortable."

"The drinks in the bar were to expensive while the guys take quite a while to get your car for you. The price of valet parking could put people off from the UK staying there but it is a very nice hotel and i am going to stay there again ,just stay away from the bar."

The Hotel is also two blocks from Wolfsonian Museum, nine blocks from the Jackie Gleason Theatre, half a mile from Lincoln Road, two miles from the Port of Miami, and three miles from Miami Airlines Arena. Hotel amenities include: 8 1/2 Restaurant serving complimentary continental buffet breakfast daily, Dolce Fresche (cafe), Pool Bar, Fitness Room, Courtyard Pool, and exclusive Designer Shops. The hotel offers free use of beach chairs and towels, 24-hour room service, wireless high-speed internet access, In-room massage treatments, Complimentary VIP passes to local clubs, and Valet Laundry Service.All rooms have In room movies, CD players, CD libraries, flat-screen TVs, Dataport, two-line telephones, high-speed Internet access, voicemail, bathrobes, minibars, coffeemakers, safe deposit box and cable TV. A Resort fee of 7.00 is charged to all guests which includes access to the Fitness Center, daily newspaper, wireless internet use in the lobby, beach chairs and towels, and VIP access to the night clubs. Please note the New Clinton no longer operates a Spa facility.
