Hotel Ocean is an Art Deco-style hotel located on Ocean Drive, across the street from the beach, and approximately 11 miles from Miami International Airport. It's also five miles from Port of Miami, 10 miles from Biscayne National Park and Coconut Grove, 12 miles from Coral Gables and Viscaya Museum, and 30 miles from Everglades National Park.
Hotel amenities include Hosteria Romana (Italian restaurant), VIP access to trendy nightclubs, sport and event ticket delivery, VIP restaurant reservations, flower arrangements, European or therapeutic massages. Live jazz is often performed in the French-style courtyard. The hotel also offers concierge service, limited room service, laundry and dry-cleaning service, and half-price admission to a nearby health club. Valet Parking is available for 28 per night. Friendly pets are allowed for a 55 fee. Hotel check-in time is at 4pm and checkout is at 11am.
All 27 units have Art Deco furniture pieces, minibars, French toiletries, Mediterranean decoration, refrigerators, and hairdryers. Some rooms allow up to four persons, but third and fourth persons will be charged an additional 49 plus tax, which is a total amount of 55.37 per night.
A mandatory resort fee of 9 will be charged directly by the hotel per room, per night. This covers wireless Internet access in the lobby, use of beach chairs and beach towels, newspapers, and the continental breakfast. The resort fee is based on single or double occupancy. An additional 4.50 will be added nightly per each extra person.
