Location is very good BUT itis old, unkept and very dirty.
"The hotel has a great location. It is all downhill from there. It is old, unkept and very, very dirty. Only one elevator worked for eight floors. It was also used as the service elevator. Consequently, elevator service was slow. It was the nastiest and dirtiest hotel I have stayed at in the last 20 years. An absolute dump!"
