"Service was extremely slow. We had to call four times to get a hairdryer. We asked another time for towels and they never came. The front desk committed that each of these would be right up and that they were sending them immediately. It took over an hour! Checking in and checking out took a long time. Checkout took over a half an hour of standing in line when there was only 3 people ahead of me in line."
