"First of all we were unable to stay due to the inconvenience of the hotel not having access to a parking lot service nor a pool. At least you expect that a hotel with over 200 rooms would have a pool especially for a $159.00 a night. This inconvenience just ruin my family weekend. There were only one attendant, and we had to make a 10 minute line for each time we happen to forget to ask her something. I would make sure I would never going to this hotel ever again."

"An understaffed, unclean hotel that is frequented by spring-breakers. Good if you only need it to sleep and shower."

"Checking in was incredibly slow - over an hour, and the lineup wasn't really that long. All the staff just moved very, very slowly!! Everyone in the lineup was completely frustrated! The main floor of the hotel is quite nice, the rooms are OK, but the walls were very dirty, which kind of makes you wonder what else hasn't been cleaned properly. There is a decent shopping area (touristy) across the road from it. For a one night stay prior to getting on a cruise (as we did) I would recommend it, as it wasn't too expensive. I wouldn't stay there again if it was my destination hotel."

"I would never stay at this hotel again. We stay at hotels 4-5 times a year or more. I have never been so uncomfortable. They spoke Spanish to others when they were dealing with you. You didn't know if they were talking about you or what. The rooms were dirty and old. They were large but not worth the size. The lounge wasn't open at all and you had to pay for the parking. You could also not get to your car at all times if it was in the parking garage. There were stains on the floor, tub, and counter in the bathroom. You could see the repairs made on the walls. They didn't even try to paint over it. If we hadn't paid for the 3 nights ahead of time we would have left."
