Many guests praised the hotel's accommodations. They described their rooms as clean, modern, spacious and well equipped, with comfortable beds and spectacular views of Biscayne Bay. It should be noted, however, that a few reviewers were disappointed with their rooms (see below).
Several lodgers were pleased with the hotel's location. They found it to be safe, as well as close to UM Hospital, Bayside Marketplace, restaurants, shopping, the Port of Miami, downtown Miami and South Beach.
