"We've stayed at many Hilton Hotels throughout the world and this has to be the worst experience we have ever had. We had made a reservation for a non smoking room, however when we arrived there were none available. The checking staff were sullen and unhelpful and eventually they reluctantly found us a none smoking room. The room and appliances were old and out dated. The pool area was shoddy to say the least and it was invested with bugs which made it impossible to spend anytime at the pool. The only positive about our stay was the room service staff who were extremmely friendly and professional. This stay was part of my birthday celebration and unfortunately it really ruined the experience. This was a ver dissappointing Hilton experience."
