"It was the best stay I have ever had!"

"It was a fantastic time. I plan to come back the next time that I travel to Florida!"
Gilles from Montreal, PQ CA stayed on January 31, 2006
"I very much appreciated the hotel and the easy and frequent transportations to all Disney World facilities. I did not enjoy the restaurant organization of Pepe's Market and found the prices quite high for the food that I found average. I enjoyed Maya Grill however."

"The employees at this place were just awesome! There was an elderly man who worked there that just took over in helping us get on the right place back to the airport, in fact, he joked with my little boy and gave him a bunch of Mickey Mouse stickers...I was so impressed. The miad for our room put my boy's toys in a sitting position like they were watching TV while we were out and it tickled my little boy. I was just impressed about everything! Laura Crist"

"Internet connection didn't work in my room. Help desk said they would come in and fix it the next day and they didn't. I signed up to have Disney Express take me back to the airport. They told me a slip would be on my door to tell me what time to go and the pass. No slip, no pass. My room was all around the lake building 5, they told me I would have to wait for a golf cart or walk the 15 minutes with my luggage myself. Thought that was really rude."

"quite a lengthy check-in process"
James e from Sattelite Beach, CA US stayed on November 06, 2005
"The environment is spectacular....very well planned... and visually a real treat! The coffee in the room could be a better quality....and a microwave would help warm up leftovers... etc.. in room...especially those who ate at the beautiful huge complex restaurant with all the service bars... great fun..."
Dominick from Boynton Beach, FL US stayed on October 09, 2005
"I made my reservations a litte over a month before our stay yet we still had no hotel room when we arrived. The check-in clerk made it seem as if she were doing us a favor by going to a manager to get a room for us. A asked the check-in clerk if we, in fact, got the room that I reserved when making reservations over the internet. She giggled and let me know that it was simply a "request" and not a reservation. At this point I felt as if I were stuck in a Seinfeld Episode. I asked the check-in clerk what exactly I had paid for a month ago when I printed out a paper at home that stated "RESERVATION NUMBER." She had no real reply other than to giggle and tell us to have a nice day. Needless to say, we had a 20-25 minute walk to get a pool that I thought I had reserved a room next to. We also had an over zealous lifeguard at the pool on last day at the "Resort." At this point we had given up. I gathered up my family from my son's birthday celebration and drove everyone home to enjoy our own pool. I left with the thought that, "This would be a great place to put a resort." I don't know that I will ever stay at a Disney resort/hotel ever again. There are plenty of other places in the Orlando area willing to take my money and return it with what they promise with courtesy and respect."
David from Franklin, TN US stayed on July 30, 2005
"Several times we could smell garbage near the main buildings and in the lot near bus stop 2. Otherwise, it was a nice place, no complaints about the staff or accomodations. Very nice walk around the lake."
Mike from Wellington, FL US stayed on June 24, 2005
"We stayed at the hotel for two nights and had bugs in our rooms both nights. The actual hotel was a nice place but the food area was pricey."

"For the price, the hotel was ok. I was most frustrated by the customer service. Most of the cooks and servers in Pepper Market were extremely rude. Three times we were over-charged on our bill. When calling the front desk, you get a service center for 5 hotels, it would be nice to have more personal service. I would recommend this hotel to others, but would warn them of the not so pleasant things. The room they put us in was a smoking room, it was very uncomfortable. The rooms are small, if you are traveling with a party of 4, it is tight, you may consider two rooms."

"comfortable beds, great shower, appreciate the coffeemaker in the room, nice pools (except having to share them with the ducks), beautiful grounds"
Michael from Somerset, NJ US stayed on March 25, 2005
"The hotel is massive, make sure you carry your map around with you the first day. It is easy to get lost."
Paul from Saint Augustine, FL US stayed on January 23, 2005
"What sets the Coronado Springs Resort hotel from the rest is its staff. The lobby was very child friendly, complete with a children's corner that included a television child-appropriate chairs and crayons and paper. This was a huge help to me as I confirmed our registration. There were many times during our stay when employees asked me I could use a hand or offered assistance with directions. It was your people that made the difference for us. Thank you for a great stay."

"Food was too expensive"
Cheryl from Rolling Hills Est, CA US stayed on January 12, 2005
"The big problem with our hotel room is that the bed had this massive SLOPE. Really, I was just barely hanging on all night long. That mattress definitely should be replaced. Also, our room location was right on the road, even though the hotel was practically empty. It is hard to understand a room selection like that. The room also was dark and not very upbeat. All-in-all, it was a real disappointment, and we aren't even that picky."
Richard from Jupiter, FL US stayed on January 02, 2005
"Although I understand that the time of year was a busy one, making reservations for dinner was a nightmare. Fortunately the person who actually gave us our room was very helpful and went out of her way to help us secure a reservation at the Maya Grill. I live in Florida and don't envision a return visit during this time of the year again due to the crowds. My stay was otherwise a nice one."

"Only being able to spend 2 days at Disney World, I was most shocked and dissappointed to find that I had to buy 2 full price tickets for my wife and myself at Epcot centre, having spent the aftertnoon at Magic Kingdom, when going for an evening meal with other members of my family who were also staying at Coronado Springs. That was an extremely expensive meal! Why is it not possible tpo purchase a tickiet valid fo all parks for one day?"
Denise from Racine, WI US stayed on September 19, 2004
"Didn't appreciate that we couldn't order food in the marketplace and then stay & eat it.....we were sent out to the "bar area". Pool area was not cleaned up very often....towels out overnight & messy looking in the am. Gift shop employees were extremely helpful & service oriented. $2.50 for a water/soda from the machine is outrageous. Shuttle service to/from airport & attractions is great."
Greg from Dade City, FL US stayed on July 22, 2004
"Your manager, EJ, was very helpful to us by moving us to a better location with better beds. Bell Hops and maids were exceptional. The grounds are beautiful and "The Dig Site" was great fun."
Sue from Williamsburg, VA US stayed on June 21, 2004
"Bus transportation was a nightmare!!! We missed half of the 10:00 pm fireworks after waiting 35 minutes for bus transportation! Not the hotel's fault, of course, but you guys need to put pressure on transportaion for better service. Leaving the parks, same story, you wait and wait while the All Star hotels have buses 3-1 to Coronado. That was very frustrating. Enjoyed the Maya Grill very much."
Anonymous guest from Williamsburg, VA US stayed on June 21, 2004
"The bus system needs a lot of work. We were late for many of the events because the buses were running every 35 min and not every 20 min. It was disappointing. I will be staying in a resort that is on the monorail system next time."
Ann m. from New Providence, NJ US stayed on February 19, 2004
"Had a great time and the whole family enjoyed our stay greatly. I wish the weather was walmer but you guys can't control the temp. Thank Ann"
Eric from Windsor, ON stayed on January 03, 2004
"We had a great time during our stay - the hotel was beautiful. However, there were a couple of things I would like to mention. 1) the prices for food at the Pepper Market were OUTRAGEOUS!!!! 3 of us had breakfast there on the first day ( waffle juices coffee and it was $45!!!!) The next day 4 of us went and had a huge breakfast at the Cracker Barrel for $28. Now I understand prices are higher at Disney - but those were ridiculous. Being in business, I'm always watching customers and their reactions - and I watched at least 5 different families pay at the cashier throughout the week and then go outside and add up their bill again because they couldn't believe how expensive it was! There is a difference between higher prices and getting ripped off. I felt ripped off at that restaurant - and we never ate their again. 2) I was disappointed you had to pay extra to use the fitness room. I have never stayed at a hotel where it was extra money to ride the exercise bike. Thought my nightly rate would include a ride on the exercise bike! Other than that - we had a good time. Nice hotel, great pool - way-too-overpriced restaurant!"

"Very expensive food. Paper thin walls."
Anonymous guest from Oxford, OH stayed on November 20, 2003
"There are few vegetarian options- especially for breakfast and NOTHING for vegan choices (without eggs or dairy). I waited 20 minutes for soy milk for a latte one morning. The rooms also have NO sound insulation whatsoever. I could when someone was urinating in the room next door!! This made it difficult to sleep at 11:00, when the people next door were speaking in normal voices. I think better quality construction should be used in such an expensive place. FYI: I stayed there for a conference and doubt I would bring my family for the reasons above."
Judy from Park Ridge, IL US stayed on November 05, 2003
"I was there for a convention. The facilities are excellent and well-run. I found the staff at registration (both check in and check out) very unfriendly and even surly. They were abrupt and not customer-oriented. They seemed put out when I asked a question. I found it unbelievable when I asked them if they had any information on WDW parks and their hours of operation, the answer was just NO, with no suggestion of where I could get the information. I feel the room is uncomfortable because the bed was awful and the pillows were too. I also expected to have fresh linens daily. Typically when hotels have a conservation program in effect, there is a card in the room explaining the program and they give you the option of fresh linens daily. Without that, I assumed I would have clean sheets. On a positive note, the bell staff were very gracious and accommodating. Thank you for asking for my feedback."
